数字经济时代的高职人力资源管理数智化人才培养探讨

A discussion on the training of digital intelligent talents for human resource management in higher vocational colleges in the era of digital economy

摘要 随着“十四五”规划和2035年远景目标纲要的提出,数字经济上升为数字中国战略,成为国家重要战略之一。数字化赋能职业教育能为其专业发展带来新动能、新要素、新工具、新方案,为了适应人力资源发展的数字化、多元化、灵活化新趋势,人力资源管理专业对人才能力的要求也在改变,高职院校要调整人才培养目标和方向,探索更加先进新颖的人才培养模式,以适应科技的进步和市场对数字化人力资源管理人才市场的需求。 In 2021,with the proposal of the 14th Five Year Plan and the Long Range Objectives for 2035,the digital economy has risen to become a digital China strategy and one of the important national strategies.Digital empowerment of vocational education can bring new momentum,elements,tools,and solutions to its professional development.In order to adapt to the new trend of digitalization,diversification,and flexibility in human resource development,the ability requirements of human resource management professionals are also changing.Vocational colleges are gradually adjusting their talent training goals and directions,exploring more advanced and innovative talent training models to meet the progress of technology and the market demand for digital human resource management talent market.
