摘要
本文面向新时代信创战略背景以及地下管线数据集中管理、可视化表达、信息分析和应用的实际需要,进行了信创环境下的三维管线管理系统建设与应用研究,将二三维管线数据和地形、遥感影像、倾斜摄影等数据进行统一管理,并实现了管线三维可视化管理、规划设计辅助决策、管线工程施工查询、管线故障应急抢修和管线数据服务共享等场景应用。同时,本文以芜湖市湾沚区为例,开展了实际建设与应用。实践证明,信创环境下的三维管线管理系统建设与应用有效推动了湾沚区地下综合管线管理方式创新,对于地下管线科学精细化管理、提高管线管理部门决策水平具有重要意义。
Under the background of the information innovation strategy in the new era and the practical needs of centralized management,visual expression,information analysis,and application of underground pipeline data,this paper conducted the construction and application research of a three-dimensional(3D)pipeline management system in the information innovation environment.It unified the management of two-dimensional(2D)and 3D pipeline data with terrain,remote sensing images,and oblique photography and achieved scenario applications such as 3D visualization management of pipelines,planning and design assistance decision-making,pipeline engineering construction query,emergency repair of pipeline faults,and sharing of pipeline data services.At the same time,this paper took the Wanzhi District of Wuhu City as an example to carry out practical construction and application.The practice has proven that the construction and application of the 3D pipeline management system in the information innovation environment has effectively promoted the innovation of underground comprehensive pipeline management methods in Wanzhi District,which is of great significance for the scientific and refined management of underground pipelines and improves the decision-making level of pipeline management departments.
