基于Mesh模型和激光点云的高精度三维场景重建

摘要 三维场景建模技术是实现城市规划、设计、施工以及数字孪生的重要手段。相对于传统测绘手段,新型测绘技术的发展使得对城市场景生命周期的管理变得更加数字化和智能化。基于此,本文以浙江省嘉兴市火车站为研究区,提出一种结合“激光扫描+倾斜摄影+人工建模”的技术方案,即通过三维激光扫描、倾斜摄影测量和人工建模技术实现城市场景高精度部件级的数字孪生。研究结果表明:本文构建的三维模型平面中误差为南广场±0.17 m,北广场±0.12 m,不仅可以满足城市场景建模精度要求,为后续建筑物改造与维护提供更加丰富的几何和纹理信息,也为城市的维护、管理及可持续发展提供重要依据。 Three-dimensional(3D)scene modeling technology is an important means to realizing urban planning,design,construction,and digital twin.Compared with traditional surveying and mapping methods,the development of new surveying and mapping technologies makes the management of the urban scene life cycle more digital and intelligent.On this basis,Jiaxing Railway Station in Zhejiang Province was taken as the research area,and this paper proposed a technical scheme combining“laser scanning,oblique photography,and artificial modeling”.In other words,through 3D laser scanning,oblique photogrammetry,and artificial modeling technology,a high-precision component-level digital twin of urban scenes was achieved.The results show that the plane error of the 3D model constructed in this paper is±0.17 m in the south square and±0.12 m in the north square,which can not only meet the accuracy requirements of urban scene modeling but also provide more abundant geometric and texture information for subsequent building renovation and maintenance.In addition,it provides an important basis for urban maintenance,management,and sustainable development.
