摘要
两个不同旋向斜齿轮的V形顶点的对齐度偏差是双螺旋齿轮特有的几何参数,对双螺旋齿轮传动系统的振动、噪声和齿面载荷分配不均匀性有重要影响。为了更准确地表述双螺旋齿轮的制造精度及其传动性能,基于双螺旋齿轮的V形顶点特征,定义齿面接触线的双螺旋齿轮V形顶点,首次提出了双螺旋齿轮V形顶点对齐度偏差测量和评价方法(全齿接触线法),并通过实验验证了所提出测量方法的有效性和便捷性。测量结果表明,采用全齿接触线法评定双螺旋齿轮总对齐度偏差的结果为0.0082mm,满足设计要求。本文为全面准确评价双螺旋齿轮提供了新的测量与评定方法,对高精度双螺旋齿轮的设计制造具有重要的指导意义。
The alignment deviation of the V-shaped vertices of two symmetrically arranged different rotary gears is a unique geometric parameter of double helical gear,which has an important impact on the vibration,noise and uneven load distribution of the double helical gear drive system.In order to more accurately express the manufacturing accuracy and transmission performance of double helical gears,the definition of V-shaped vertices of double helical gears based on tooth surface contact line is proposed according to the vertex characteristics of double helical gears,and a method for measuring and evaluating the alignment deviation of V-shaped vertices of double helical gears(full tooth contact line method)is proposed for the first time,and the effectiveness and convenience of the proposed measurement method through actual measurement experiments is verified.The experimental results show that the total alignment deviation of the double helical gear is 0.0082mm by the full tooth contact line method,which meets the design requirements.A new measurement and evaluation method for the comprehensive and accurate evaluation of double helical gears is provided,which has important guiding significance for the design and manufacture of high-precision double helical gears.
