Application of unmanned aerial vehicles in the field of medical rescue:a SWOT analysis

目的探索医疗救援无人驾驶飞机(UAVs)的使用现状以及需要改进的方面,为UAVs在医疗救援领域的应用提供参考。方法通过跨数据库联合检索,采用优势、劣势、机会和威胁(SWOT)分析方法对医疗救援UAVs的相关文献进行评估。结果当前在医疗救援过程中应用UAVs相较于传统救援方式具有诸多优势,并在血液制品运输、特殊疾病诊治、现场急救以及器官移植等领域的应用取得长足进步,但也存在一定限制条件和安全风险。结论UAVs在医疗救援领域的应用扩展和功能优化值得继续探索和研究,未来发展具有较大潜力,应用前景较好。

Objective This paper provides a reference for the application of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)in medical rescue by exploring the current situation of UAVs in medical rescue and the aspects needing improvement.Methods In this paper,a cross-database joint search was performed,and the relevant literature on UAV medical rescue was evaluated using strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats(SWOT)analysis.Results At present,the application of UAVs in medical rescue has many advantages compared with traditional rescue methods,and has made great progress in the fields of blood product transportation,special disease diagnosis and treatment,on-site first aid and organ transplantation,but there are also certain restrictions and safety risks.Conclusion The application expansion and function optimization of UAVs in the field of medical rescue are worthy of further exploration and research,and future development has great potential and bright prospects.
