某院急诊创伤一体化救治模式的建设与经验

The experience of constructing an integrated emergency treatment model of trauma in a certain hospital

目的对上海市东方医院(同济大学附属东方医院)急诊创伤一体化救治模式的建设与实践进行回顾,总结报道。方法通过完善适于创伤不同阶段的伤情评估系统、优化组织形式与人力配置、集中医疗救治资源与合理规划场地动线、完善建设“绿色通道”抢救流程与机制、建设创伤数据库等,总结实践经验。结果通过医疗、管理、信息等多学科交叉,改良和创新管理方式,建立了具有我院特色的“创伤一体化救治”模式并进行实践应用。结论建设与完善上海市东方医院(同济大学附属东方医院)急诊创伤一体化救治模式,保证了创伤抢救的成功率,并为提高综合性医院创伤救治与管理能力提供参考。

Objective To review and summarize the construction and practice of the integrated emergency trauma treatment model in Shanghai East Hospital(East Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University)hospital.Methods Improve injury assessment systems suitable for different stages of trauma,optimize organizational form and manpower allocation,concentrate medical treatment resources and plan site routes reasonably,improve the construction of"green channel"rescue processes and mechanisms,and build trauma databases,summarize practial experience.Results Our hospital has gone through more than 20 years of exploration,improved and innovated management methods through interdisciplinary approaches such as medical care,management,and information technology,and established a"trauma integrated treatment"model with our hospital's characteristics,which has been applied in practice.Conclusion To construct and improve the integrated treatment mode of emergency trauma in Shanghai Oriental Hospital(Affiliated Oriental Hospital of Tongji University)ensuring the success rate of trauma rescue and providing reference for improving the trauma treatment and management capabilities of comprehensive hospitals.
