CADFlow在无创血流动力学评估中的探索

摘要 目的探究CADFlow(Cardiac Auto-Doppler Flow)与颈动脉超声、经胸超声心动图两种检查结果的相关性,为进一步临床推广应用奠定基础。方法217例健康志愿者纳入本研究,分别用颈动脉超声、CADFlow收集受试者双侧颈动脉的峰值速度(Vmax),最低速度(Vmin);用经胸超声心动图、CADFlow收集受试者心排血量(CO)。结果两种方法测得健康人群的CO结果无显著性差异(P>0.05)。两种方法测得Vmax及Vmin无显著性差异(P>0.05),但女性较男性偏低并随年龄增加逐渐下降,两组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。各种方法测得CO、Vmax、Vmin结果高度相关(r值均大于0.8,P<0.05)。结论CADFlow血流监测技术除与常规超声检测结果具有良好相关性外,CO、Vmax、Vmin均随年龄变化而变化,且该变化可以被CADFlow血流监测技术准确检测。 Objective Exploring the correlation between the results of CADFlow,carotid ultrasound and transthoracic echocardiography for laying a foundation for further clinical promotion and application.Methods A total of 217 healthy volunteers were involved in this study.Peak velocity(Vmax)and minimum velocity(Vmin)of bilateral carotid arteries were collected in subjects using carotid ultrasound and CADFlow,respectively;cardiac output(CO)were collected using transthoracic echocardiography and CADFlow.Results There was no significant differencebetween the CO Vmax and Vmin results of the healthy population measured by the two methods(P>0.05).In Vmax and Vmin measured by two methods,females were found to be lower than males and gradually decreased with age,with significant differences between groups(P<0.05).The results of CO,Vmax,and Vmin measured by each method are highly correlated(all r>0.8,all P<0.05).Conclusion CADFlow flow monitoring has good correlation with conventional ultrasound testing.CO,Vmax,and Vmin all vary with age;the changes can be accurately detected by CADFlow flow monitoring.
