政府会议调研与民营企业创新活力——来自中国私营企业的调查证据

Government Meeting Survey and Private Enterprise Innovation Vitality:Evidence from a Survey of Chinese Private Enterprises

本文采用第13次中国私营企业调查数据(CPES),考察政府会议调研对民营企业创新活力的影响。研究发现,政府会议调研对企业创新存在显著促进作用。机制分析得出,对于企业家而言,政府会议调研通过提高民营企业家的政策感知以及自我地位感知,从而促进企业创新;对于政府而言,政府会议调研有助于完善营商环境,为企业创新提供环境支持。异质性分析发现,相对而言,在无政治经历的企业分组中,政府会议调研更能发挥促进企业创新的作用。最后,政府会议调研能提振民营企业家的发展信心,帮助其应对经济和社会的预期风险冲击。

This paper uses data from the 13th Chinese Private Enterprise Survey(CPES)to examine the impact of government meeting surveys on the innovation vitality of private enterprises.Research has found that government conference surveys have a significant role in promoting corporate innovation.Mechanism analysis shows that for entrepreneurs,government meeting surveys promote corporate innovation by improving private entrepreneurs'policy perception and selfstatus perception;for the government,government meeting surveys help improve the business environment and provide Provide environmental support for corporate innovation.Heterogeneity analysis found that,relatively speaking,among enterprise groups without political experience,government meeting surveys can play a better role in promoting enterprise innovation.Finally,government meeting surveys can boost the development confidence of private entrepreneurs and help them cope with expected economic and social risk impacts.
