基于风险管理理念的预警性护理对乳腺癌患者术后康复情况的影响

Effect of early warning nursing based on risk management concept on postoperative rehabilitation of breast cancer patients

目的 探讨基于风险管理理念的预警性护理对乳腺癌患者术后康复情况及并发症的预防价值。方法 将中山大学肿瘤防治中心于2021年2月至2023年2月期间收治的180例乳腺癌患者采用随机数字表法进行分组,每组各90例患者,均实施乳腺癌根治术治疗。对照组术后应用常规护理,观察组术后基于风险管理理念开展预警性护理。比较2组的康复情况、生活质量评分、炎症状态及并发症发生率。结果 观察组的临床相关康复指标均优于对照组(P均<0.05)。护理1个月后,2组的生活质量评分均高于护理前,各炎症指标检测结果均低于护理前(P均<0.05),且观察组的上述评分和指标均优于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组皮下积液、患肢水肿及切口感染的发生率均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论 基于风险管理理念的预警性护理在乳腺癌术后应用,可加快患者的康复速度,提升康复效果,改善患者的生活质量与机体炎症状态,预防多类型手术并发症的发生,为患者身体持续恢复创造有利环境。

Objective To explore the value of early warning nursing based on risk management concept in the postoperative rehabilitation and prevention of complications of breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 180 patients with breast cancer who were admitted to Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center from February 2021 to February 2023 were grouped by random number table method.Both groups contained 90 patients.All patients were treated with radical mastectomy.The control group received routine nursing after surgery,and the observation group received early warning nursing based on risk management concept after surgery.The rehabilitation status,quality of life scores,inflammatory status,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical rehabilitation indicators of the observation group were superior to those of the control group(all P<0.05).After 1 month of nursing,the quality of life scores of both groups were higher than those before nursing,and the results of various inflammatory indicators were lower than those before nursing(all P<0.05).Moreover,the above scores and indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The incidences of subcutaneous hydrops,limb edema,and incision infections in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of early warning nursing based on risk management concept after breast cancer surgery can speed up the rehabilitation of patients,enhance the rehabilitation effect,improve the quality of life and inflammatory status,prevent the occurrence of various surgical complications,and create a favorable environment for the continuous recovery of patients.
