基于挂篮悬臂浇筑的高铁大跨度连续梁桥施工监控研究

摘要 以漯商特大桥项目为研究对象,为保障项目有效开展,结合工程情况与施工要求,提出了基于挂篮悬臂浇筑的桥梁连续性施工方法,包括挂篮悬浇法施工和钢板桩防护措施,同时就桥梁钢板桩维护给出有效施工意见,表明挂篮悬臂浇筑技术可以很好地应用于连续梁桥施工过程,确保高铁桥梁项目顺利开展。 Taking the Luoshang large bridge project as the research object,in order to ensure the effective development of the project,combined with the project situation and construction requirements,the continuous construction method of bridge construction based on hanging basket cantilever pouring is proposed,including hanging basket hanging casting method construction and steel sheet pile protection measures.At the same time,effective construction suggestions are given for the maintenance of bridge steel sheet pile.It shows that the technology of hanging basket cantilever casting can be well applied in the continuous beam bridge construction process to ensure the smooth development of high-speed railway bridge projects.
