Key Manufacturing Technologies for Circular Cross-Section Steel Shell Towers Under Mixed Steel Towers of Shunde Bridge

针对顺德大桥混合钢塔下塔柱新型附筋钢壳塔的结构特点、质量控制重点及工艺制作难点,研究了钢壳塔附筋圆弧壁板单元制作、附筋块体制作、钢壳节段总拼、节段预拼等关键工艺技术,以有效控制钢壳塔节段的制造精度、节段间的匹配精度,实现了工厂装配化生产和现场快速安装的设计理念。

This paper focuses on the structural characteristics,quality control key points,and manufacturing process difficulties of a new type of reinforced steel shell tower under the mixed steel tower of Shunde Bridge.Key process technologies such as the production of reinforced circular arc wall panels,reinforced block bodies,steel shell section assembly,and section pre-assembly are studied to effectively control the manufacturing accuracy and matching accuracy of steel shell tower sections,and achieve the design concept of factory assembly production and rapid on-site installation.
