新形势下高速公路桥梁施工中钻孔灌注桩技术的应用

摘要 结合高速公路桥梁案例工程的实际情况以及施工需求,确定钻孔灌注桩的工艺步骤,总结关键步骤的施工质量控制。为提升桩基的承载力,采用浆液可控法进行桩基侧注浆加固。对施工结果进行分析后可知,该技术加固后的桩基水平位移、垂直沉降最大值分别为20.74 mm和36.44 mm,并且桩基的极限承载力显著增加,最大值达到3274 kN。 According to the actual situation and construction demand of expressway bridge project,the process steps of bored pile are determined,and the construction quality control of key steps is summarized.In order to improve the bearing capacity of pile foundation,the grouting of pile foundation is strengthened by using the slurry controlled method.After the analysis of the construction results,it is concluded that the maximum horizontal displacement and vertical settlement of the pile foundation strengthened by this technology are 20.65 mm and 36.44 mm respectively.And the ultimate bearing capacity of pile foundation increased significantly,reaching a maximum of 3274 kN.
