以泰达国际心血管病医院在新建停车楼工程、介入中心改扩建工程及医技楼改扩建工程为例,探讨了如何运用现代建筑施工技术的创新与实践。通过建筑信息模型(BIM)技术、绿色施工技术和智能化技术的综合应用,实现了工程的高效管理、节能减排及智能化运维,并详细分析了这些技术在管道支吊架、母线、风管组装、地下室、土方施工阶段的应用及其效果。

Taking the new parking building project,intervention center renovation and expansion project and medical technology building renovation and expansion project of Teda International Cardiovascular Hospital as examples,this paper discusses the innovation and practice of how to use modern building construction technology.Through the comprehensive application of BIM(Building Information Model)technology,green construction technology and intelligent technology,the efficient management,energy saving and emission reduction and intelligent operation and maintenance of the project are realized,and the application and effect of these technologies in the construction stage of pipeline support and hanger,bus bar,air pipe assembly,basement and earthwork are analyzed in detail.
