摘要
针对公路工程中现存的基层频繁开裂的问题,论文对抗裂型水泥稳定碎石基层施工技术进行深入研究,并依托工程实例对抗裂型水泥稳定碎石基层原材料、施工工艺进行详细阐述,同时对抗裂型水泥稳定碎石基层路用性能进行了质量检测。试验结果表明,基层检测试件的7 d抗压强度和劈裂强度平均值分别为10.07 MPa和1.08 MPa,强度性能满足规范要求,并且通过对比试验证明了该结果的准确性。
In view of the frequent cracking of the existing base in highway engineering,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the construction technology of the anti-crack cement stabilized gravel base,and expounds the raw materials and construction technology of the anti-crack cement stabilized gravel base based on engineering examples.At the same time,the quality of the road performance of the anti-crack cement stabilized gravel base is tested.The test results show that the average 7-day compressive strength and splitting strength of the base test specimen are 10.07 MPa and 1.08 MPa respectively,and the strength performance far meets the standard requirements,and the accuracy of the results is proved by comparative tests.
