摘要
研究了风险思维在建筑施工质量管理中的应用,在掌握风险思维含义的基础上,介绍了故障树分析和风险矩阵两种建筑施工质量管理中常用的风险识别方法,提出建立建筑施工质量责任制度、重大施工质量风险控制制度、施工质量通病防治制度、样板工程引路制度、质量标准化制度5个措施,以此提高建筑施工质量的管理水平,减少后期项目使用中逐渐出现的质量隐患。
The paper studies the application of risk thinking in construction quality management.Based on understanding the meaning of risk thinking,it introduces two common risk identification methods in construction quality management,fault tree analysis and risk matrix,and puts forward five measures to establish construction quality responsibility system,major construction quality risk control system,construction quality common disease prevention system,model project approach system and quality standardization system,so as to improve the management level of construction quality and reduce quality hazards that gradually appear in later project use.
