无损检测在隧道工程质量管理中的应用

摘要 研究了无损检测在隧道工程质量管理中的应用,在掌握无损检测技术应用优势的基础上,从地质雷达检测、超声回弹检测、红外线高温照相检测3个方面出发,分析了无损检测技术的应用类别,同时强调了检测前的标记与测线布置环节的重要性,探讨了无损检测技术在初期支护阶段和二次衬砌阶段的应用措施,有利于发挥无损检测技术的作用,提高隧道工程质量管理水平,加快隧道工程建设行业发展速度。 The paper studies the application of non-destructive testing in tunnel engineering quality management.Based on mastering the advantages of non-destructive testing technology,it analyzes the application categories of non-destructive testing technology from three aspects:geological radar testing,ultrasonic rebound testing,and infrared high-temperature photography testing.At the same time,it emphasizes the importance of marking and measurement line layout before testing,and explores the practical application measures of non-destructive testing technology in the initial support stage and secondary lining stage,which is conducive to playing the role of non-destructive testing technology,improving the quality management level of tunnel engineering,and accelerating the development speed of the tunnel construction industry.
