渤海油田尾管旋转下入工艺技术研究

摘要 随着石油勘探的不断深入,大位移井固井越来越多。由于尾管固井受井位移大、井斜大及裸眼段长等因素的影响,存在套管下入难的现象,当遇到卡阻,会增加提升难度,增加固井作业的风险,因此建立安全有效的尾管下入到位工艺技术成为迫在眉睫的任务。文章通过分析尾管旋转下入的优点、所需条件以及安全事项,介绍了尾管旋转下入工艺技术的实际应用和经济效益。由此得出,尾管旋转下入配套工艺技术可以满足渤海海上钻井工艺特殊井况的需要,也能满足大位移固井的需要。 With the continuous deepening of petroleum exploration,there are more and more cementing operations for large displacement wells.Due to the influence of factors such as large well displacement,large well inclination and long open hole section,there are difficulties in casing insertion.When encountering blockages,it increases the difficulty of lifting and increases the risk of cementing operations.Therefore,establishing a safe and effective tail pipe insertion process technology has become an urgent task.This article analyzes the advantages,required conditions and safety precautions of tail pipe rotation insertion,and introduces the practical application and economic benefits of tail pipe rotation insertion technology.From this,it can be concluded that the matching technology of tail pipe rotation insertion can meet the needs of special well conditions of Bohai offshore drilling technology and large displacement cementing.
