摘要
管式炉运行过程中以煤气作为原料,有明火产生,极易发生煤气中毒、火灾爆炸等事故。文章结合D厂多年以来粗苯蒸馏工段富油加热方式由管式炉煤气加热改造为蒸汽加热器加热的经验,从工艺指标控制、经济效益、环保排放、运行安全等四个方面将两种富油加热工艺进行对比。改用蒸汽加热后,大大提高了过程控制的稳定性,降低了能源消耗,粗苯收率显著提高,从而得出富油加热器蒸汽加热工艺更有优势。
Gas is used as raw material in the operation of tubular furnace,and there is an open flame,which is easy to happen gas poisoning,fire and explosion.Based on the experience of transforming the oil-rich heating method from pipe furnace gas to steam heater in the crude benzene distillation section of D plant for many years,the paper compares the two oil-rich heating methods from four aspects,including process index control,economic benefit,environmental discharge and operation safety.After switching to steam heating,the stability of process control is greatly improved,the energy consumption is reduced,and the yield of crude benzene is significantly increased,so that the steam heating technology of oil-rich heater is more advantageous.
