2019年-2023年南通市通州区城乡适龄妇女“两癌”筛查结果分析

Urban and Rural Eligible Women in Tongzhou District,Nantong City,2019-2023 Analysis of Screening Results for“Two Cancers”

目的:通过对2019-2023年南通市通州区城乡适龄妇女“两癌”筛查情况进行分析,探讨进一步提高项目实施质量的有效措施。方法:对2019-2023年南通市通州区妇女“两癌”筛查项目统计年报数据进行分析。结果:南通市通州区2019-2023年137014例适龄妇女筛查出宫颈癌90例,检出率为65.69/10万;137614例适龄妇女筛查出乳腺癌102例,检出率为74.12/10万。结论:通过规范实施“两癌”筛查项目,提高“两癌”癌症及癌前病变检查率,能够使阳性病人及早得到治疗,从而改善预后,对于维护妇女健康权益,提升人民群众的切身利益具有重要意义。

Objective:To analyze the screening results of“two cancers”among women of appropriate age in the urban and rural areas of Tongzhou District,Nantong City,from 2019 to 2023,as well as to investigate effective measures to further improve the quality of project implementation.Methods:An analysis was conducted on the annual statistical report data of the“two cancers”screening project for women in Tongzhou District,Nantong City,from 2019 to 2023.Results:A total of 90 cases of cervical cancer were screened out among 137,014 women of appropriate age in Tongzhou District,Nantong City,from 2019 to 2023,with a detection rate of 65.69/100,000.A total of 102 cases of breast cancer were screened out among 137,614 women of appropriate age,with a detection rate of 74.12/100,000.Conclusion:By standardizing the implementation of the“two cancers”screening program and improving the detection rate of the“two cancers”and precancerous lesions,screen-positive patients can receive timely treatment.This,in turn,improves prognosis and is of great significance in safeguarding women’shealth rights and interests,thereby enhancing the vital interests of the people.
