摘要
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,餐饮行业也在迅猛发展。与此同时,餐饮食品安全问题日益凸显,已成为社会关注的焦点。本文对餐饮食品安全监管现状进行深入分析,探讨了目前存在的主要问题及其原因,并提出了相应的对策建议,旨在加强餐饮食品安全监管,保障公众饮食安全。
With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the catering industry is also developing rapidly.At the same time,the issue of food safety in catering has become increasingly prominent and has become the focus of social attention.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of food safety supervision in catering,discusses the main problems and their causes,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,aiming to strengthen the supervision of food safety in catering and ensure the safety of public food.
