大学生食品安全素养情况调查

摘要 本研究旨在分析大学校园食品安全现状及食品安全科普情况。采用文献研究、问卷调查和集体访谈相结合的方法,调查了200名大学生的食品安全意识和参与情况。结果表明,大学生对校园食品的安全评价处于中等水平,对食品安全领域的关注度较高,食品安全维权意识不足,参与食品安全科普活动的频率较低,对能够提供高体验感的互动科普形式更感兴趣。通过调查反映出食品安全科普活动的宣传不到位、形式单一以及缺乏实用性。本研究为提升大学校园食品安全环境及科普工作提供了相关建议,有利于提高大学生的食品安全素养,促使校园食品环境更安全。 The purpose of this study is to analyze the current situation of campus food safety and the popularization of food safety science.Literature research,questionnaire survey and group interview were used to investigate the food safety awareness and participation of 200 college students.The results show that college students’evaluation of campus food safety is at a medium level,they pay high attention to food safety,have insufficient awareness of food safety rights,participate in food safety science popularization activities less frequently,and are more interested in interactive science popularization forms that can provide high experience.Through the investigation,it is reflected that the publicity of food safety science popularization activities is not in place,single form and lack of practicability.This study provides relevant suggestions for the improvement of campus food safety environment and science popularization,which is conducive to enhancing the food safety literacy of college students and promoting a safer campus food environment.
