政府监管在保障食品安全中的作用与面临的挑战

摘要 政府通过制定食品安全标准、监督食品安全法规的执行、维护市场秩序和消费者权益发挥其在保障食品安全中的作用。本文分析了政府在食品安全监管中面临着食品供应链日益复杂化、新技术应用带来的监管难题以及食品安全风险的多面性等监管难题,提出了加强跨部门协作以形成监管合力,利用信息技术提升监管能力以及提高公众的食品安全意识的措施。 The government plays its role in ensuring food safety by formulating food safety standards,supervising the implementation of food safety regulations,maintaining market order,and protecting consumer rights.This article analyzes the regulatory challenges faced by the government in food safety regulation,including the increasing complexity of the food supply chain,regulatory difficulties brought about by the application of new technologies,and the multifaceted nature of food safety risks.It proposes measures to strengthen cross departmental collaboration to form a regulatory synergy,use information technology to enhance regulatory capabilities,and raise public awareness of food safety.
