摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱测定婴幼儿食品和乳粉中糖类含量的方法。方法:采用氨基色谱柱(250 mm×2.1 mm,5μm)进行分离,以乙腈∶水(85∶15,V/V)为流动相,等度洗脱,外标法定量。结果:果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖及乳糖含量在0.5~15.0 mg·mL^(-1)线性关系良好,回收率为77.1%~104.3%,相对标准偏差为1.2%~6.0%(n=6)。结论:本方法提取效率高、操作简单、结果准确,适用于婴幼儿食品和乳粉中果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖及乳糖含量的测定。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of sugars in food and milk powder for infants and young children by high performance liquid chromatography.Method:The separation was carried out on an amino-column(250 mm×2.1 mm,5μm)with acetonitrile∶water(85∶15,V/V)as the mobile phase,and quantitative analysis by external standard method.Result:The linear relationship of fructose,glucose,sucrose and lactose contents was good in the range of 0.5 mg·mL^(-1) to 15.0 mg·mL^(-1),the average recoveries were 77.1%to 104.3%,the relative standard deviations were 1.2%to 6.0%(n=6).Conclusion:This method has high extraction efficiency,simple operation and accurate results,and is suitable for the determination of fructose,glucose,sucrose and lactose in infant food and milk powder.
