摘要
目的:建立一种基于气相色谱-质谱联用技术(Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry,GC-MS)快速、大批量检测淡水鱼中丁香酚类化合物的方法。对采集的200批次淡水鱼样品(包括黑鱼、鲈鱼、鲫鱼等16个品种)中的丁香酚类化合物残留进行测定与分析。方法:优化样品前处理方法和气相色谱条件。结果:6种丁香酚类化合物在0.02~0.20 mg·L^(-1)线性关系良好,相关系数r2均大于0.999;6种丁香酚类化合物回收率为82.4%~106.0%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.6%~9.2%;在200批次淡水鱼样品丁香酚类化合物残留检测中,鲢鱼、鲈鱼、草鱼的检出率较高,均大于50%。结论:该方法操作简单、回收率高,可满足对大批量水产品中丁香酚类化合物的定性检测和定量分析要求,为水产行业可持续发展和食品安全监管提供技术支撑。
Objective:To establish a rapid and large-scale detection method for eugenol compounds in freshwater fish based on gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Determination and analysis of residual eugenol compounds in 200 batches of freshwater fish samples collected,including 16 species such as black fish,sea bass,and crucian carp.Method:Optimize sample pretreatment methods and gas chromatography conditions.Result:The six eugenol compounds showed a good linear relationship between 0.02 and 0.20 mg·L^(-1),with correlation coefficients r2 greater than 0.999;the recovery rates of six eugenol compounds ranged from 82.4%to 106.0%,with relative standard deviations(n=6)of 1.6%to 9.2%;in the detection of residual eugenol compounds in 200 batches of freshwater fish samples,the detection rates of silver carp,sea bass,and grass carp were relatively high,all exceeding 50%.Conclusion:This method is simple to operate,has high recovery rate,can meet the requirements for qualitative detection and quantitative analysis of eugenol compounds in large quantities of aquatic products,it provides technical support for the sustainable development of the aquatic industry and food safety supervision.
