摘要
本文针对食品添加剂检测中存在的标准物质缺乏、检测灵敏度不足和交叉污染等问题,提出了构建标准物质库、优化仪器检出限和实施严格样品管理等解决方案。通过在关键环节采取系统措施,可有效提升食品添加剂检测的准确性和可靠性,为食品安全监管提供有力的技术支撑。
This article proposes solutions to the problems of lack of standard substances,insufficient detection sensitivity,and cross contamination in food additive testing,including building a standard substance library,optimizing instrument detection limits,and implementing strict sample management.By taking systematic measures at critical stages,the accuracy and reliability of food additive testing can be effectively improved,providing strong technical support for food safety supervision.
