在全球健康意识增强的背景下,饮食文化的跨界融合与创新成为食品工业的重要发展方向。本文探讨了中西式养生面点在新时代背景下的创新发展与市场应用。通过分析传统中式面点和西式面点的制作工艺与养生理念的异同,本文揭示了养生面点在当代消费者需求下的创新路径。通过结合中医药食同源的理论和西方营养学的健康饮食理念,本文提出了中西式养生面点的创新模式,并通过案例分析验证了其可行性和市场潜力。研究发现,跨文化的融合与现代技术的应用是中西式养生面点创新的关键驱动力。同时,随着消费者对健康饮食的需求增长,该领域在市场应用中展现出广阔前景。本研究不仅为食品行业提供了理论指导,还为从业者实践操作提供了参考框架。
In the context of increasing global health awareness,the cross-border integration and innovation of food culture has become an important development direction of the food industry.This paper discusses the innovative development and market application of Chinese and Western health pastry in the new era.By analyzing the similarities and differences of traditional Chinese pastry and Western pastry production process and health concept,this paper reveals the innovative path of health pastry under the contemporary consumer demand.By combining the theory of the same origin of traditional Chinese medicine and the healthy diet concept of Western nutrition,this paper puts forward an innovative model of Chinese and Western health pastry,and verifies its feasibility and market potential through case analysis.The study found that cross-cultural integration and the application of modern technology are the key drivers of Chinese and Western health pastry innovation,and at the same time,with the growth of consumer demand for healthy diet,this field shows broad prospects in the market application.This study not only provides theoretical guidance for the food industry,but also provides a reference frame for practitioners to practice.
