矿井余热资源综合利用可行性研究

摘要 在“双碳”背景下,企业的减排降耗及节能环保被赋予了首要地位和高度。为了合理高效地利用王坡矿区生产过程中产生的大量余热资源,推动企业绿色低碳发展,对矿区可利用的余热资源和冷热负荷状况进行了调查分析。根据矿区实际情况,提出并建立了多级余热资源回收利用系统可行性方案,通过多能互补耦合技术,实现矿井余热资源的高效再利用,满足了矿区的供暖、供冷的需求;并对该方案与天然气锅炉供暖方案的投资和运行效益进行了比较分析。研究结果表明,与天然气锅炉系统相比,该系统可降低运行成本122万余元,减少污染物排放,对促进企业可持续发展具有积极意义。 In the context of"Dual Carbon",the emission reduction,consumption reduction,energy saving and environmental protection of enterprises have been given the primary position and height.In order to reasonably and efficiently utilize the large amount of waste heat resources generated in the production process of Wangpo mining area and promote the green and low-carbon development of enterprises,an investigation and analysis were conducted on the available waste heat resources and cold and hot load conditions in the mining area.Based on the actual situation of the mining area,a feasible plan of"multi-stage waste heat resource recycling and utilization system"was proposed and established.Through multi energy complementary coupling technology,efficient reuse of mine waste heat resources was achieved,meeting the heating and cooling needs of the mining area.And a comparative analysis was conducted on the investment and operational benefits between this scheme and the natural gas boiler heating scheme.The research results indicate that compared with the natural gas boiler system,this system can reduce operating costs by more than 1.22 million yuan,reduce pollutant emissions,and have positive significance for promoting sustainable development of enterprises.
