摘要
食品安全标准是开展食品生产、经营、监管、执法和司法等工作的重要依据,是食品安全体系的基石。目前我国的食品安全标准体系尚处于完善阶段,在实践中仍存在诸多问题。本文阐述了我国食品安全标准体系的基本情况,对食品安全标准在实践中的具体应用进行分析,并对相关问题提出对策建议,希望能为我国食品安全标准体系的进一步完善提供借鉴。
Food safety standards are an important basis for food production,management,supervision,law enforcement,justice and other work,and are the cornerstone of food safety system.At present,China's food safety standard system is still in the perfect stage,and there are still many problems in practice.This paper describes the basic situation of China's food safety standard system,analyzes the specific application of food safety standard in practice,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on relevant problems,hoping to provide reference for further improvement of China's food safety standard system.
