摘要
随着食品安全问题日益凸显,高校食品相关专业实验室在人才培养和科研中的作用愈发重要。本文探讨了将7S管理模式引入实验室智能化管理的优化策略。通过分析7S模式的各要素,提出了改进方案,包括制定服务教学科研的发展战略、建立扁平高效的组织结构、完善信息管理系统、培养质量安全意识、加强人才培养与团队建设等。研究表明,7S模式与智能化管理相结合,能有效提升实验室服务教学科研的能力,为高校人才培养和学科建设提供支撑。
As food safety issues become increasingly prominent,food-related professional laboratories in universities play an increasingly important role in talent training and scientific research.This article discusses the optimization strategy for introducing the 7S management model into intelligent laboratory management.By analyzing various elements of the 7S model,an improvement plan was proposed,including formulating a development strategy to serve teaching and scientific research,establishing a flat and efficient organizational structure,improving the information management system,cultivating quality and safety awareness,strengthening talent training and team building,etc.Research shows that the combination of 7S model and intelligent management can effectively improve the laboratory's ability to serve teaching and scientific research,and provide support for talent training and discipline construction in colleges and universities.
