摘要
为了改善酯蟾毒配基的成药性,提高其生物利用度,本文通过反溶剂法制备了负载酯蟾毒配基的何首乌抗性淀粉-玉米醇溶蛋白纳米粒,以包封率为指标,采用单因素实验和正交试验进行纳米粒制备工艺的优化。优化后的制备工艺为pH值为4,搅拌速度为400 r·min^(-1),何首乌抗性淀粉和玉米醇溶蛋白比例为1∶1,玉米醇溶蛋白和酯蟾毒配基比例为1∶1,制备的纳米粒包封率为86.84%。
In order to improve the drug properties of ester bufogenin and increase its bioavailability,Polygonum polygonatum resistant starch-zein nanoparticles were prepared by reverse-solvent method.Single factor and orthogonal experiments were used to optimize the preparation process with the encapsulation rate as the index.The optimized preparation process was as follows:pH 4,stirring speed 400 r·min^(-1),ratio of resistant starch to zein 1∶1,ratio of zein to esterbufogenin 1∶1,the encapsulation rate of prepared nanoparticles was 86.84%.
