摘要
本文以脆肉鲩鱼为研究对象。结合相关数据从蛋白质、脂肪酸及维生素含量等角度对其营养价值进行了分析。并针对目前脆肉鲩鱼休闲食品、方便食品及调味食品开发现状及不足之处,结合产业发展趋势,从产品研发、口味创新及市场推广等方面提出了相关产品开发建议。
In this paper,the nutritional value of crisped grass carp was analyzed from the aspects of protein,fatty acid and vitamin content.According to the current development status and shortcomings of leisure food,convenience food and seasoning food,combined with the development trend of the industry,the relevant product development suggestions were put forward from the aspects of product research and development,taste innovation and market promotion.
