杂粮富含蛋白质、膳食纤维、维生素和矿物质等多种营养成分,对于预防慢性病、促进肠道健康具有显著作用。本文深入探讨了杂粮的营养价值与特点,重点分析了杂粮冲调食品的发展现状,详细阐述了杂粮冲调食品的配方设计与加工技术,旨在为杂粮冲调食品的开发提供理论依据,推动杂粮食品产业的创新发展。
Multigrain is rich in protein,dietary fiber,vitamins and minerals and other nutrients,which plays a significant role in preventing chronic diseases and promoting intestinal health.In this paper,the nutritional value and characteristics of Minor Cereals were discussed,the development status of Minor Cereals mixed food was analyzed,and the formulation design and processing technology of Minor Cereals mixed food were elaborated.The research of this paper aims to provide theoretical basis for the development of Minor Cereals blending food and promote the innovation and development of Minor Cereals food industry.
