摘要
乳制品的营养价值很高,是人们日常所需的食品之一,但乳制品在制作过程中需要天然菌群,因此很容易受到微生物的污染。本文对快速检测技术及其在乳制品微生物检测中的应用进行了分析研究,旨在帮助相关企业对产品微生物检测进行严格管理,确保乳制品的高品质生产,从而促进我国乳制品行业的健康发展。
Dairy products have high nutritional value and are one of the foods people need daily,but dairy products require natural flora in the production process,so it is easy to be contaminated by microorganisms.In this paper,rapid detection technology and its application in microbial detection of dairy products were analyzed and studied,aiming to help relevant enterprises to strictly manage microbial detection of products,ensure high quality production of dairy products,and promote the healthy development of China's dairy industry.
