不同储量粮库混凝土道路结构设计研究

摘要 本文针对粮库混凝土路面结构层的设计进行研究。首先,以公路交通量为基础,考虑粮库的特殊性,在考虑粮食轮转周期及交通增长率问题的条件下,确定库区道路的年交通量。然后,对运粮车进行结构模型简化,确定其在满载条件下的轴载,并进行标准轴载换算,确定其交通荷载等级。最后,基于弹性地基板理论,对不同吨位粮库进行计算,明确了在不同工况下路面结构层设计时需考虑的设计数,以期为后续的相关设计提供一定的参考依据。 In this paper,the structural layer design of concrete pavement in grain depot is studied.First of all,based on the road traffic volume,considering the particularity of the grain depot,and considering the grain rotation cycle and traffic growth rate,the annual traffic volume of the road in the reservoir area is determined.Then,the grain truck structure model is simplified to determine its axle load under full load condition,and the standard axle load conversion is carried out to determine its traffic load grade.Finally,based on the elastic foundation slab theory,the grain depot with different tonnage is calculated,and the design number that should be considered in the design of pavement structure layer under different working conditions is defined,in order to provide a certain reference for the subsequent design.
