基于常压电离质谱检测抗生素的研究进展

摘要 抗生素已被广泛应用于食品、医药、畜牧业、农业等各个领域,为现代经济发展做出了卓越贡献,但过度使用抗生素带来的环境污染以及对人体健康产生的危害不容忽视。因此,建立快速、高通量、高灵敏度的抗生素检测技术具有十分深远的意义。常压电离质谱技术(Ambient Ionization Mass Spectrometry,AIMS)具有实时分析、前处理步骤少、基质效应小等优点,在食品、环境以及生物样本抗生素检测中发挥了重要作用。本文综述了基于AIMS技术的抗生素检测研究进展,介绍了基于喷雾、等离子体、激光技术的AIMS方法在抗生素检测中的应用情况,并展望了其未来发展前景,为相关领域的研究和应用提供有价值的参考。 Antibiotics have been widely used in various fields such as food,medicine,animal husbandry,agriculture,etc.and have made outstanding contributions to modern economic development.However,the environmental pollution and human health hazards caused by the excessive use of antibiotics should not be ignored.Therefore,the establishment of rapid,high-throughput and high-sensitivity antibiotic detection technology is of very far-reaching significance.The ambient ionization mass spectrometry(AIMS)technique,with the advantages of real-time analysis,less pre-processing steps,and relatively low matrix effects,plays an important role in the detection of antibiotics in food,environmental,and biological samples.This paper reviews the research progress of antibiotic detection based on AIMS technology and introduces the application of spray-based,plasma-based and laser-based AMIS methodologies in antibiotics,and looks forward to the prospect of its future development,so as to provide valuable references for the research and application in the related fields.
