湛江蚝全产业链标准体系构建研究

摘要 本文通过对湛江蚝产业的标准化现状及需求进行分析,构建了湛江蚝全产业链标准体系框架,并对湛江蚝标准体系的完善提出建议,以期为湛江蚝全产业链标准制定和实施提供参考与借鉴。 Based on the analysis of the current situation and demand of standardization of the Zhanjiang oysters industry,this paper constructs a framework of standards system for the whole chain industry of Zhanjiang oysters,and puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of the standards system of Zhanjiang oysters industry,to provide reference for the formulation and implementation of standards for the whole industry chain of Zhanjiang oysters.
