摘要
在食品安全问题越来越受到人们重视的情况下,有效和敏感的检测方法变得非常重要。量子点标记免疫分析技术,因其独有的光学属性和高度的灵敏度,在食品安全检测领域展现出巨大的应用潜力。本文综述量子点以及量子点标记免疫技术的基本原理以及发展过程,分析其在食品安全检测方面的具体运用,并提出优化策略,旨在促进量子点标记免疫分析技术在食品安全领域中的不断发展。
In the case of increasing attention to food safety,effective and sensitive detection methods have become very important.Because of its unique optical properties and high sensitivity,quantum dot labeled immunoassay has shown great application potential in the field of food safety detection.This paper reviews the basic principle and development process of quantum dots and quantum dot labeling immunoassay,analyzes its specific application in food safety detection,and puts forward optimization strategies to promote the continuous development of quantum dot labeling immunoassay technology in the field of food safety.
