全程质控管理在血站安全质量管理中的实施与效果分析

Analysis of the Implementation and Effect of Total Quality Control Management in the Safety and Quality Management of Blood Stations

目的探讨全程质控管理在血站安全质量管理中的实施效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月济南市血液供保中心工作的16名工作人员为研究对象,2022年1—12月实施传统管理模式,设为传统组;2023年1—12月实施全程质控管理,设为探究组,并于每组各抽取50份血样,对比两组管理效果。结果探究组的血液质量合格评分、操作规范评分均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组的管理满意度为100.00%(16/16),高于传统组的62.50%(10/16),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.128,P<0.05)。传统组共发生5起不良事件,探究组发生1起不良事件。结论全程质控管理在血站安全质量管理中的实施效果显著,能够有效提升血液质量、规范工作人员操作行为,并提高管理满意度,同时降低不良事件发生风险。

Objective To explore the implementation effect of whole process quality control management in safety and quality management of blood station.Methods A total of sixteen staff working in Jinan Blood Supply and Insurance Center from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.From January to December 2022,the traditional management mode was implemented and set as the traditional group.From January to December 2023,the whole quality control management was implemented as the inquiry group,and fifty blood samples were taken from each group to compare the management effects of the two groups.Results The blood quality qualification score and operation standard score of the inquiry group were higher than those of the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the inquiry group was 100.00%(16/16),which was higher than 62.50%(10/16)of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.128,P<0.05).There were 5 adverse events in the traditional group and 1 adverse event in the inquiry group.Conclusion The implementation effect of the whole quality control management in the safety and quality management of blood stations is significant,which can effectively improve the blood quality,standardize the operation behavior of staff,improve the management satisfaction,and reduce the risk of adverse events.
