摘要
本研究旨在分析某三甲公立医院青年博士现状,为完善青年博士的培养和使用机制提供建议。通过采用人力资源统计数据、档案查阅、调查问卷、结合访谈对话,对某三级公立医院所有青年博士开展调查,并对数据进行统计分析。收集医院青年博士至2023年9月的年龄、性别、职称分布、论文发表、课题申报等具体数据;调研医院对青年博士的培养和使用方面的经验,归纳青年博士培养和使用方面的痛点、难点;明确青年博士个人对医院工作环境、科研现状、职业发展等方面的评价和需求的基础上。本研究指出,经过多年的实践与探索,医院在青年博士培养与使用方面取得显著成绩,为医院高质量发展提供强大的人才队伍支持,但目前仍有诸多不足有待完善,医院将继续需积极探索青年博士培养和使用机制的改革与创新。
This study aims to analyze the current status of young PhD holders in a certain tertiary public hospital,providing recommendations for improving the training and utilization mechanisms for young PhDs.By using human resource statistics,archival review,surveys,and interviews,a comprehensive investigation was conducted on all young PhDs in the hospital.The study involves collecting specific data on the age,gender,professional title distribution,paper publications,and project applications of young PhDs up to September 2023.It also investigates the hospital's experiences in training and utilizing young PhDs,summarizing the pain points and difficulties in this regard.Furthermore,it clarifies young PhDs'evaluations and needs concerning the hospital's work environment,research status,and career development.The study indicates that,after years of practice and exploration,the hospital has made significant achievements in the training and utilization of young PhDs,providing a strong talent pool for the hospital's highquality development.However,there are still many deficiencies that need to be addressed.The hospital should continue to actively explore reforms and innovations in the training and utilization mechanisms for young PhDs.
