摘要
目的分析过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌技术对消毒供应中心医疗器械进行消毒灭菌的运用价值。方法选取2022年8月—2023年1月日照市中心医院消毒供应中心的10名工作人员和消毒供应室70套器械,运用常规消毒法进行器械消毒,设为对照组;选取2023年2—7月的10名工作人员和消毒供应室70套器械,运用过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌法进行器械消毒,设为观察组。对比两组器械消毒合格率、器械消毒时间及工作人员对消毒技术的满意度。结果观察组包装合格率和消毒灭菌合格率均为100.00%(70/70),高于对照组的91.43%(64/77)和90.00%(63/70),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.357、5.414,P均<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组消毒时间更短,工作人员对消毒技术的满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌技术在消毒供应中心具有较高的应用价值,可提升包装合格率以及消毒灭菌合格率,且消毒时间短,管理满意度高。
Objective To analyze the application value of hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilization technology in medical equipment disinfection and supply center.Methods Ten staff members from the Disinfection Supply Center of Rizhao Central Hospital and seventy sets of instruments in the disinfection supply room from August 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the control group,and used conventional disinfection methods to disinfect the instruments.Ten staff members and seventy sets of equipment from the disinfection supply room from February to July 2023 were selected and were set as the observation group,and used hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilization method to disinfect the equipment.The qualified disinfection rate of two sets of instruments,the disinfection time of instruments,and the satisfaction of staff with disinfection technology were compared.Results The packaging qualification rate and disinfection and sterilization qualification rate of the observation group were both 100.00%(70/70),which was higher than 91.43%(64/77)and 90.00%(63/70)of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.357,5.414,both P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had a shorter disinfection time and higher staff satisfaction with disinfection techniques,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilization technology has high application value in disinfection supply centers,which can improve packaging qualification rate and disinfection and sterilization qualification rate,and has short disinfection time and high management satisfaction.
