FMEA模式在医疗机构传染病信息报告管理风险管控中的应用价值

Application Value of FMEA Model in Risk Control of Infectious Disease Information Reporting Management in Medical Institutions

目的分析FMEA模式在医疗机构传染病信息报告管理风险管控中的应用价值。方法佛山市三水区妇幼保健院选择2020年1月—2023年12月20名专家构成FMEA专家小组,借助专家访谈法以及头脑风暴法分别明确医疗机构传染病信息报告管理过程中具体的工作流程环节以及潜在的失效模式,并且对于分项的风险数展开计算,按照从高到低的顺序构建FMEA分析表。结果专家小组进行充分评估,管理环节共计涉及17个,分项计算风险系数排名前5位的流程环节为医疗机构领导小组重视程度、临床医师及疫情报告人员职业素质和报告意识、考核指标、医院报告系统信息化建设、辅助科室异常结果反馈机制。结论在实际应用FMEA模式过程之中,能达到对传染病疫情报告过程中的失效模式进行识别以及处理的目的,尤其是在评估医疗机构传染病报告与管理的风险的过程中,能提供相对扎实的依据。

Objective To analyze the application value of FMEA mode in the risk control of infectious disease information reporting management in medical institutions.Methods From January 2020 to December 2023,20 experts were selected to constitute FMEA expert group in Sanshui District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital,with expert interview and brainstorming method clear medical institutions infectious disease information report management process specific work process link and potential failure mode,and for the number of risk calculation,according to the order from high to low build FMEA analysis table.Results On the basis of full assessment,the management links involved a total of 17.From the perspective of item-by-item calculation of risk coefficient ranking,The top 5 process links are the importance of the leading group of medical institutions,the professional quality and reporting consciousness of clinicians and epidemic reporting personnel,assessment indicators,the information construction of hospital reporting system,and the feedback mechanism of abnormal results in assistant departments.Conclusion In the process of practical application of FMEA mode,it can achieve the purpose of identifying and dealing with the failure mode in the process of infectious disease epidemic reporting,especially in the process of assessing the risk of infectious disease reporting and management in medical institutions,and can provide a relatively solid basis.
