Exploring the Management Methods and Value of Safe Drug Use in Oncology

目的探讨肿瘤科安全用药管理方法的有效性和价值。方法选取2023年1—12月麻城市人民医院肿瘤科58名医务人员为研究对象。2023年1—6月为对照组,实施传统的用药管理方式。2023年7—12月为研究组,实施改进的安全用药管理措施。分别从两组抽取361份处方进行研究。比较两组医务人员工作质量及处方审核合格率。结果研究组药物选择合理性、用药执行准确性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组处方审核合格率为98.6%(356/361),高于对照组的91.7%(331/361),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=18.767,P<0.05)。结论改进的安全用药管理措施能够有效提高医务人员工作质量,提高处方审核合格率。

Objective To explore the effectiveness and value of safe medication management methods in oncology.Methods Fifty-eight medical staffs from the oncology department of the People's Hospital of Macheng City were selected as study subjects from January to December 2023.From January to June 2023 was the control group,implementing the traditional way of medication management.From July to December 2023 was the study group,implementing the improved measures of safe medication management.361 prescriptions were taken from both groups for the study.Compared the quality of work and prescription audit pass rate of medical staff in both groups.Results The scores of drug selection rationality and medication execution accuracy in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05).The prescription audit pass rate of the study group was 98.6%(356/361),which was higher than 91.7%(331/361)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=18.767,P<0.05).Conclusion Improved safe medication management measures can effectively improve the quality of medical staff's work and increase the prescription audit pass rate.
