摘要
目的分析全面质量管理模式对医务人员手卫生相关知识掌握程度的影响。方法选取长沙市第三医院30名医务人员为研究对象。2022年1—12月院内开展常规管理,设为对比组。2023年1—12月院内实施全面质量管理模式,设为分析组。两时段内医务人员无人员流动。比较两组手卫生相关知识掌握程度、管理满意度。结果分析组洗手消毒时机评分为(4.90±0.05)分,洗手消毒用品评分为(4.89±0.08)分、洗手消毒方法评分为(4.92±0.07)分,高于对比组的(4.82±0.09)分、(4.80±0.10)分、(4.84±0.12)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.255、3.849、3.154,P均<0.05)。两组管理满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论开展全面质量管理可提升医务人员的手卫生相关知识掌握程度,还可提高医务人员对管理工作的满意度。
Objective To analyze the influence of total quality management mode on the mastery of hand hygiene related knowledge of medical staff.Methods Thirty medical staff of Changsha Third Hospital were selected as the research subjects.From January to December 2022,routine management was carried out in the hospital,which was set as the comparison group.From January to December 2023,the total quality management model was implemented in the hospital,which was set as the analysis group.There was no turnover of medical staff during the two time periods.Compare the degree of hand hygiene related knowledge and management satisfaction between the two groups.Results The timing of handwashing and sanitizing score in the analysis group was 4.90±0.05,handwashing and sanitizing supplies score was 4.89±0.08,and handwashing and sanitizing method score was 4.92±0.07,which were higher than 4.82±0.09,4.80±0.10,and 4.84±0.12 in the comparison group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.255,3.849,3.154,all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in management satisfaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Total quality management improves staff knowledge of hand hygiene and increases staff satisfaction with the management process.
