基于二维码技术的精细化管理对消毒供应中心骨科外来器械消毒质量的影响

Influence of Fine Management of Two-dimensional Code Technology on Disinfection Quality of Orthopedic External Instruments in Disinfection Supply Center

目的探析基于二维码技术的精细化管理对消毒供应中心骨科外来器械消毒质量的影响。方法选取山东省滕州市鲍沟中心卫生院消毒供应中心的14名工作人员为研究对象,2023年6—10月设为常规组,2023年11月—2024年3月设为研究组。常规组开展常规消毒灭菌管理,研究组开展基于二维码技术的精细化管理,比较两组器械管理不良事件的发生情况,工作人员工作质量评分、对管理的满意评分以及工作投入度评分。结果常规组发生器械种类缺失/错误1例、器械清洗不合格1例、植入物提前放行1例、灭菌包湿包1例,共4例。研究组未出现器械管理不良事件。研究组工作人员工作质量评分、对管理的满意评分以及工作投入度评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论消毒供应中心实施基于二维码技术的精细化管理能提高骨科外来器械的消毒工作质量,应用价值显著。

Objective To explore the influence of the fine management of two-dimensional code technology on the disinfection quality of orthopedic external instruments in the disinfection supply center.Methods Fourteen staff members from the Disinfection Supply Center of Baogou Central Health Center in Tengzhou City,Shandong Province were selected as the research objects.The routine group was selected from June to October 2023,and the research group was selected from November 2023 to March 2024.The routine group carried out routine disinfection and sterilization management,while the research group carried out refined management based on two-dimension code technology.The occurrence of adverse events in instrument management,staff work quality scores,satisfaction scores with management,and work engagement scores were compared between the two groups.Results There was 1 case of missing/incorrect instrument type,1 case of unqualified instrument cleaning,1 case of early release of implants,and 1 case of wet sterilization package in the routine group,totaling 4 cases.There were no adverse events related to device management in the research group.The work quality score,satisfaction score with management,and work engagement score of the research group staff were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of refined management based on two-dimension code technology in the disinfection supply center can improve the quality of disinfection work for orthopedic external instruments,and has significant application value.
