摘要
目的探讨目标管理在外科专科护理人员护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取2023年1—12月内蒙古财经大学校医院与中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九六九医院的外科专科护理人员28名为研究对象。中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九六九医院的外科专科护理人员14名设为对照组,给予常规管理。内蒙古财经大学校医院的外科专科护理人员14名设为目标组,在对照组管理的基础上给予目标管理。比较两组胜任力评分、护理不良事件发生情况、管理满意度。结果管理后,目标组胜任力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。目标组共发生2例护理不良事件,少于对照组的19例。目标组管理满意度为100.00%(14/14),高于对照组的64.29%(9/14),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论目标管理应用于外科专科护理人员护理管理中能提高胜任力,减少护理不良事件的发生,提高护理人员的管理满意度。
Objective To explore the application value of goal management in the nursing management of surgical nursing staff.Methods Twenty-eight cases of surgical specialized nursing staff from the school hospital of Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics and the Ninety-sixth and Ninth Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Joint Command and Security Forces were selected as the study subjects from January to December 2023.Fourteen cases of surgical specialized nursing staff of the Ninety-sixth Liaison and Guarantee Force Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army were set as the control group and were given routine management.Fourteen cases of surgical specialist nursing staff of Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics School Hospital were set as the target group,and were given target management on the basis of the management of the control group.Competency scores,the occurrence of nursing adverse events,and management satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The competency score of the target group was higher than that of the control group after management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 2 cases of adverse nursing events in the target group,which was less than the 19 cases in the control group.The management satisfaction of the target group was 100.00%(14/14),which was higher than 64.29%(9/14)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Goal-based management applied to the nursing management of surgical specialty nursing staff improves competency,reduces the incidence of adverse nursing events,and improves nursing staff management satisfaction.
