麻醉带教中MOOC联合PBL教学法的应用价值评估

摘要 目的评估麻醉见习带教中MOOC联合基于问题的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)教学法的应用价值。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月永州市中心医院的60名麻醉见习生作为观察对象,按带教时间分组,2022年1—12月麻醉科开展常规教学法为对比组,2023年1—12月开展MOOC联合PBL教学法为实践组,每组30名。对比两组的麻醉相关测评成绩、教学效果满意率。结果实践组的麻醉相关测评成绩高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。实践组的教学效果满意率为100.00%(30/30),高于对比组的86.67%(26/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.286,P<0.05)。结论将MOOC联合PBL教学法用于麻醉见习生带教工作中,可以提升见习生的麻醉相关测评成绩和教学效果满意率。 Objective To evaluate the application value of MOOC combined with problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method in anesthesia probation teaching.Methods A total of sixty anesthesia interns from January 2022 to December 2023 in Yongzhou Central Hospital were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into groups according to the teaching time.The routine teaching method was carried out in the anesthesiology department from January to December 2022 as the control group,and the MOOC combined with PBL teaching method was carried out from January to December 2023 as the practice group,with thirty students in each group.The anesthesia-related evaluation results and teaching effect satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The anesthesiarelated evaluation scores of the practice group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of teaching effect in the practice group was 100.00%(30/30),which was higher than 86.67%(26/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.286,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of MOOC combined with PBL teaching method in the teaching of anesthesia interns can improve the anesthesia-related evaluation results of interns and improve the satisfaction rate of teaching effect.
