摘要
目的探究神经外科护理教学中应用以问题为基础的教学模式(problem-based learning,PBL)联合以案例为基础的教学模式(case-based learning,CBL)的应用效果。方法选取2023年1—12月在实习轮转的72名神经外科护生为研究对象。根据带教模式的不同分为观察组、对照组,各36名。对照组行常规教学模式,观察组加用PBL联合CBL教学模式。比较两组的考试成绩、解决问题能力及教学满意度。结果观察组理论知识考试及实际操作考试成绩优良率为94.44%(34/36)、91.67%(33/36),均高于对照组77.78%(28/36)、72.22%(26/36),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.431、4.600,P均<0.05)。观察组解决问题能力均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组教学满意程度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论PBL联合CBL教学模式能够提高神经外科护理教学的考试成绩,改善神经外科护生的解决问题能力,提高护生对于教学的满意程度。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of using problem based learning(PBL)combined with case based learning(CBL)in neurosurgery nursing teaching.Methods A total of seventy-two neurosurgical nursing students who were rotated in our hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the different teaching modes,they were divided into observation group and control group,Thirty six cases in each group.The control group was given general teaching mode,and the observation group was given PBL combined with CBL teaching mode.The test scores,problem-solving ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rates of theoretical knowledge test and practical test in the observation group were 94.44%(34/36)and 91.67%(33/36),which were higher than 77.78%(28/36)and 72.22%(26/36)in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.431,4.600,both P<0.05).The problem-solving ability of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction level of teaching in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group in terms of motivation stimulation,reasonable mode content,overall teaching applicability,and learning ability transformation(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of PBL and CBL teaching mode can improve the exam scores of neurosurgical nursing teaching,improve the problem-solving ability of neurosurgical nursing students,and increase their satisfaction with teaching.
