摘要
本文以国内某款手机FPC的金手指为研究对象,针对在制造过程中经常出现短路和开路缺陷,提出的一种基于骨架提取的缺陷检测算法。该算法以骨架提取为基础,结合骨架点的8邻域分析、区域生长法、图像差分法来实现对FPC制造缺陷中的短路、开路类型的缺陷检测,经试验该方法取得了良好的检测效果。
This article takes the gold finger of a domestic mobile phone FPC as the research object,and proposes a defect detection algorithm based on skeleton extraction to address the frequent occurrence of short circuit and open circuit defects in the manufacturing process.This algorithm is based on skeleton extraction,combined with 8-neighborhood analysis of skeleton points,region growth method,and image difference method to achieve defect detection of short circuit and open circuit types in FPC manufacturing defects.Through experiments,this method has achieved good detection results.
