摘要
直流高压输电系统换流阀在运行过程中会产生热量,可能影响运行安全和稳定性,为了有效控制纯风冷换流阀冷却系统的工作温度,在深入分析冷却系统工作原理和热力特性基础上,根据系统的温度控制需求,提出了一种基于PID控制策略的温度调节方法,并进行数字仿真验证和性能分析。结果表明,基于PID温度控制的实用技术能够有效地满足冷却系统的温度控制特性,获得了较高的稳定性和控制精度。
During the operation of the HVDC transmission system,the converter valve may generate much heat,which can affect the safety and stability of system operation.In order to effectively control the working temperature of the air-cooled converter valve,PID temperature regulating strategy is proposed based on a deep analysis of the working principle and thermal characteristics of the cooling system.According to the temperature control requirements of the cooling system,digital simulation verification and performance analysis are carried out.The results show that the practical technology based on PID temperature control can effectively meet the temperature control characteristics of the cooling system,and achieve high stability and control accuracy.
