摘要
对燃煤电厂脱硝选择催化性还原(SCR)反应先进控制进行研究,通过构建数据采集通路获取DCS运行数据,利用人工智能与大数据等技术对反应过程建模,通过多因子协同作用计算喷氨流量,利用阀门拟合关系推导相应阀门开度,结合反馈闭环实现脱硝反应精准控制。
In this paper,the advanced control of selective catalytic reduction(SCR)reaction for denitrification in coal-fired power plants is studied,the DCS operation data is obtained by constructing a data acquisition pathway,the reaction process is modeled by artificial intelligence and big data technology,the ammonia injection flow rate is calculated through multi-factor synergy,the corresponding valve opening is deduced by the valve fitting relationship,and the precise control of denitrification reaction is realized by combining the feedback closed-loop.
